About Me

I am a PhD level Cognitive Neuroscientist with extensive experience in using statistics and machine learning to understand brain and behavior. I am currently working as an Innovative Data Scientist at Bayer Pharmaceuticals.

I completed my PhD at Humboldt University of Berlin under supervision of Dr. André Knops. I studied functional specialization in the brain for numbers using machine learning, computational modeling, psychophysics, neuroimaging and eye tracking.

After my PhD, I moved to the United States to do a postdoc at the University of Pennsylvania where I developed computational and predictive models of psychiatric disorders.

I am interested in quantitative user experience, digital health and developing user-friendly AI systems.
